Shipping & Delivery:

Delivery for orders takes 4 to 6 weeks via FedEx ground. If items you ordered are in stock, we can ship within 5-7 days. For specific delivery requests, please contact us at info@bleeinara.com.

We cannot guarantee all items to be in stock. If an item is not available or currently not in stock, we will notify you during your 4 to 6 week shipping period. You will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. We will not charge you for any items that are not available. Shipping costs will depend upon the size, weight and insurance requirements. Because all items are handmade, please expect some variations within lots.

If you want to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account, please let us know.

Changed orders may take longer, and we must be contacted via email or phone prior to shipping

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Returns for refunds are accepted only upon defective merchandise and notice is provided to us within 5 working days of the shipping date.

Exchanges are accepted with notification of defective merchandise within 30 calendar days of the shipping date; for item(s) out of stock, you may select equal-value merchandise or a credit.

For non-defective merchandise, you may only exchange for in-stock items within 30 days of our shipping date; all shipping will be charged to customer.
