Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We accept items for exchange or refund only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unworn, new condition. For all returns, please call customer service at 800 741 7651  or 310 694 3041  to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA), and inform us whether you prefer an exchange or refund. The RA number most be included on the address label on every package. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be returned for exchange only. Sale or give-away items are non-returnable. Blee Inara will not accept returns after 14 days from purchase date.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and hold onto your receipt. Blee Inara is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
