This week I want to introduce you to one of my partners in crime, Sarah. Sarah and I have a history of high school pom poms, college visit, and jet setting meet-ups in our young adult life. Through all these stages, I have seen Sarah stay true to herself. Sweet, intelligent, and unbelievably compassionate this chica has it all. 1) What is your favorite trend or brand right now? “My favorite trend that I’m loving is anything lace and color block dresses. My favorite brand would have to be Calvin Klein.”

5) What is your personal style in a nutshell? “My style woud best be described as chic/elegant and flirty/fun. I’m inspired by Jackie-O, Kate Middleton, and Blake Lively just to name a few. My closet is taken over by dresses and heels ranging from work attire to night out on the town to a casual flowy sun dress for a shopping trip. No matter the occassion when I’m wearing a dress I feel feminine, classy, stylish, and a bit adventurous.

6) Goofy fact about yourself? “I’m a  cat lover. I love all things cats and kittens and love watching you tube videos of kittens. I also can rap any Nelly, Eminem, Jay-Z or Nicki Minaj song like a boss.”

<Meet Lauren> I have been close with this chica for around 11 years now and I have watched her grow into the caring and wonderful woman she is today. Madly in love. I have to give major credit to those far and few between couples who make it through some of the most stressful, and changing times of their lives. Caleb is a good old southern boy and knows how to treat his lady. He cares for Lauren and the respect he has for her is super apparent. Besides he puts up with her gfs

Lauren and Caleb are getting married this September and we are all thrilled! I think their engagement photos turned out perfect their style and vibe. Country with a little modern twist.

It is from one of my favorite sites, Nasty Gal. They have a wide variety of trendy and adorable clothing. The gold sequins catch light and brighten the look. The black material is flowy, but short. A great balance of sexy and classy. The back is plunging and nothing screams gorgeous like  showing off your lower back.

As for the armparty, mix it up. We stuck with the v-day theme and used black and red as our color palette. The wrists are a combo of suede, macrame and chain based. I am really obsessed with the wrist to finger harem bracelet. Really cool and spicy. The suede love warp is great to add a more casual touch to the look. Only thing to be weary of is expectations. So what, you want the perfect fairy tale story? Well, that is not always the case and reality can be a harsh teacher.
